Tapping

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping, combines ancient healing traditions and modern psychology.

Based on acupuncture, it uses a vibration system of tapping on specific meridian points (from the top of the head to the chest area)  to release emotional and psychological blocks that are held in the body.

It can help with anxiety, depression, body issues, trauma and difficulties you may be experiencing with relationships or major life events.

If you feel you are being held back by past or present emotional issues, preventing you living a full and happy life, this body technique is a way to explore the root of these so you can move forward. Tapping is also a self-help tool that once learned with a practitioner, you can use on yourself whenever you need.

Reiki

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (fully clothed) healing technique for stress reduction and relaxation.  When our life force energy is low, we are more likely to get sick and feel stressed. When our life force energy is strong, we are more capable of feeling vibrant, happy and healthy.

Reiki also works well in conjunction with other medical or therapeutic techniques ( I sometimes combine it with Tapping) to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

I also combine Reiki with qigong, deep breathing exercises, simple short meditation techniques, visualisations and healing crystals with clients who are interested.

All sessions are one hour. Please note I have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Face to face and online.

Sessions are £40.   
Please note: Reiki can be done remotely too, if you do not live near Seaford.
